Morrison Timing Screw Introduced New
ANTI-ROTATIONAL BELT SYSTEM at Pack Expo 2000
Provides capping machines with consistent cap torque and reduced bottle scuffing
Glenwood, Illinois - MORRISON TIMING SCREW COMPANY (MTS) introduced their NEW Anti-Rotational Belt System (ARBS) at Pack Expo International 2000, November 5-9, 2000 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. The Morrison ARBS, an upgrade for capping machines, is specially designed to provide consistent cap torque and reduce bottle scuffing.
The Morrison ARBS is a variable pressure back belt working with a gripper lined turret star. The back belt holds bottles tight in the turret star by traveling with and applying pressure to the bottle. The gripper lining in the turret star stops bottle spin, which provides consistent torque on the caps and reduces or eliminates bottle scuffing. Using the Morrison ARBS eliminates the need for Neck Knife Turret Stars, and time-consuming bottle clamps on some capper models. The Morrison ARBS can be used with existing change parts or with Morrison Timing Screw quick change change parts.
For more than 29 years, MORRISON TIMING SCREW COMPANY has been a recognized leader in timing screws and change parts. Well-known industry-wide for their ability to solve containerhandlin challenges, MTSs experienced field service and engineering departments provide timing solutions for well-known companies throughout the United States and the world.
