Morrison Timing Screw Introduces
CANTILEVER TIMING SCREW DRIVE UNIT
Designed to Accommodate Tight Space Allowances
Glenwood, Illinois August 1, 2003 MORRISON TIMING SCREW COMPANY is pleased to announce the release of the new cantilever version of the companys original timing screw drive unit. One of Morrisons most popular products, drive units can be designed to transfer, turn, index or dwell a container.

The cantilever drive unit is engineered to perform many of the same functions as a traditional drive unit, but with a footprint half the size. In a typical drive unit, the timing screw must be supported on both ends by brackets. However, the specially engineered cantilever screw and its accompanying quick-change components provide enough stability to support the screw on only one end. This eliminates the need for a second bracket, freeing up six inches or more for other conveyor functions. Additionally, the cantilever screw features a unique quick-change assembly allowing screws to be changed out in seconds to reduce downtime.
For more than 30 years, Morrison Timing Screw has been a recognized leader in the design and manufacture of timing screws and change parts. Morrisons experienced field service and engineering departments provide solutions for companies throughout the United States and the world and are well-known industry-wide for their ability to tackle container-handling challenges. The Morrison package superior knowledge, quality products, unsurpassed customer service comes
