Morrison Timing Screw
Mourns Loss of 21-year Veteran
Glenwood, Illinois April 25, 2003 - MORRISON TIMING SCREW, manufacturer of timing screws, change parts and timing screw drive units, is saddened to announce that their longest-serving sales representative, Paul Hensing, passed away on March 21, 2003.
Born and raised in Iowa, Mr. Hensing began his career in the packaging industry in 1959 in the plants at Peco Controls Corporation in Fremont, CA. Always interested in people and forming relationships, he moved into a sales position for Peco in 1964, which took him from California to Illinois and finally, Ohio. In 1982, Mr. Hensing branched out on his own, forming Hensing Sales and Service, and in that same year, began his partnership with Morrison Timing Screw that would last 21 years.
Paul was from the old school of sales; he was on the road constantly always meeting new people, following up on even the loosest leads, and checking in on old friends. He really understood and cared about his customers and it showed, remembers Morrison President Nick Wilson. Paul was a pleasure to work with he was well-liked here at Morrison, and we will miss him a great deal.
Mr. Hensing is survived by his wife, Norma, and four daughters, Susan Butters, Patty Wemmer, Teresa Knoblock and Karen Murray.
