MORRISON CONTAINER HANDLING SOLUTIONS
New Name to Reflect Full Line of Company Services

Glenwood, Illinois – November 14, 2003 – Effective November 1, Morrison Timing Screw has changed its name to MORRISON CONTAINER HANDLING SOLUTIONS.

The company chose to modify its name to more accurately reflect the full range of container-handling services offered. Morrison has long been regarded as a one-stop shop for all container-handling needs, but recently the company determined that changing its 33-year-old name would further improve its ability to effectively market all aspects of the company’s product line.

“The revised name is a logical next step for Morrison. As we have grown, it has become clear that a broader-reaching name would allow us to more accurately depict our services. We are well known in the packaging industry for delivering a range of container-handling solutions to our customers, but our name was not reflecting that status,” explained Morrison President Nick Wilson. “It’s an important distinction for our company to make, and one that will help current and potential customers understand that we are truly a one-stop shop for container-handling needs.”

The new name will be accompanied by subtle changes in the logo: the easily recognized trademark screw and blue color will be kept, but the logo will be streamlined and updated to reflect the new company image.

For more than 30 years, Morrison’s experienced field service and engineering departments have provided solutions for companies throughout the United States and the world and are well known industry-wide for their attentive service to a wide variety of customers’ container handling needs.
