Equipped with a sensing container orientation vision system, this servo-driven Morrison Orienter 400 is manufactured to customer specification for specific applications. It is capable of handling containers at speeds up to 400 cpm, providing excellent control, synchronization and throughput.

This NEW Morrison Orienter 400 accepts containers with random orientation and discharges them in the proper orientation so they can be conveyed to the next downstream packaging operation at the remarkable speed of 400 cpm. Manufactured of high quality materials and with few mechanical parts, the Morrison Orienter 400 requires minimal floor space, is easy to maintain, and makes changeovers quick and easy.
